Privacy Policy
- All photographs will be shot in digital format. Edited Digital photos will be delivered as JPEG files Format and Send Through on Online Platform (Google drive, etc), will get All photos after 12-15 days of the shoot completion
- For the printed album, couples has to select the photographs. ( It will take 7-10 days for album designing & 3-4 days for printing album)
- Travel & accommodation for the team will be arranged by the client for outstations.
- The payment module will be 30% advance, 60% On shoot, remaining 10% at the time of final delivery
- In case of postpone of the wedding or shoot because of govt. guidelines, the advance amount will be carry forward to further dates.
- The Photographs & the Videos we shoot during the event will be copyright to our agency only and can be used on our website & social media handles for promotional purpose.
- If the client puts the project on hold for one year from the event/wedding date, then the Dinesh Boiri Photography will not be responsible for any kind of data loss. So please collect the data from us within the timeline.
- We welcome your ideas in your film, so please share your suggestions in advance or valuable feedback
- After the delivery of edited Photos & Videos, couple can let us know their feedback within 3 days so that our team can make the required changes within the given timeline. Later on it will be a time taking process according to our availability & could be additional chargeable.
Cancellations or Postponement
In case of postpone of the wedding or the event:
1.1) Postpone prior 40 days from the event, complete amount will be carry forward to the next date.
1.2) Postpone within 40 days from the event, might cost you 10-15 % additional expenses.
In case of Cancellation of the wedding or the event:
1.3) Cancellation Prior 40days from the event will cost you 15,000 INR or 15% of the bill amount whichever is minimum.
1.4) Cancellation within 15 days from the event will cost you 20 % of the bill amount.
1.5) Cancellation within 7 days from the event will cost you 30 % (Full Advance Amount)of the bill amount.
Payment Terms
Payment module will be
2.1) Booking Advance Amount :- 30%
2.2) On shoot/Event day :- 60%
2.3) At the time of Final delivery:- 10%
Delivery Timeline
3.1) Couples will get a Set of 50-80 pictures within 3-4 days from the shoot.(Highlight Images)
3.2) All Edited Photos will be delivered within 15days from the shoot.
3.3) Edited Videos will be delivered within 30days from the shoot.
3.4) Couple needs to provide a Hard Drive for the collection of Image and Video, Dinesh Boiri Photography will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after 6 months from the shoot date.
Copyright
4.1) The Dinesh Boiri Photography retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.
4.2) Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing to the Dinesh Boiri Photography and settlement has not been made, the Dinesh Boiri Photography will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.
4.3) As the Dinesh Boiri Photography holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purpose.
